Tim Peniston-Bird
Tim heads up the incentive marketing side of the business and has enviable experience from Apple computers to Procter and Gamble to Volkswagen.
Some of his experience includes:
BMW: Trade and Aftersales motivation and Motorrad Dealer of The Year, Debenhams promotions, Evans Halshaw: Used car programme, Ford: Parts programme, Honda: Trade parts programme, parts programme, cars and bikes loyalty products and Contract hire programme, Microsoft: Identification, recruitment and motivation of an entirely new channel for Microsoft, Orange: Creation and delivery of the entire Orange channel strategy including: Motivation, Training and Development and Sales Support for 79 own shops, 5 distributors, 3800 indirect retailers, a field sales force and their retailer management team, Peugeot: Trade parts programme, Renault: Sales Institute & Master Club - DP Incentive, Toyota: Sales Guild, Vauxhall, VW: Parts and Service Guild.

Mitchell Rowe
Mitchell has spend a large amount of his career managing customer service and sales team for British Gas, moving on to Financial Services until he joined us a few years ago. Mitchell heads up our customer service and telemarketing teams.

Kevin heads up our creative team. Experience includes work on many of the world's leading brands including: BMW, Goldfish, Gucci, Hugo Boss

Krystyna Semleken
Having followed a successful career in business development, Krystyna became lead telemarketing troubleshooter / coach for BT where she was sent into major call centres to help increase their effectiveness - Krystyna provides sales coaching and development for business development teams.

Simon Reading
Simon started his career in Graphic Design, moving into multi media and on-line software development. Simon heads up our back office and e-learning development including our Compare competency assessment tools, 360 feedback suite, on-line learning, learner management system and games development.
